SynchroSERV's day to day operations are managed by a team with skills in Operations, Information Systems, Marketing and Finance. Our strategy is to retain a flat management structure and to continue to foster alliances with partners that allow us the flexibility of outsourcing non-core projects like system development etc.

Giselle Gagnon
CPM

Giselle Gagnon has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry having worked with a wide range of private and institutional real estate firms and having held positions in finance & administration, development and operations. In her current capacity as Vice President, National Real Estate Services with Bentall LP, she directs the team that is responsible to provide leadership strategies and best practices for SynchroSERV and for the real estate management services at Bentall in over 70 million square feet in Canada and the U.S.

Giselle is currently the President of BOMA Toronto and is on the Board of Directors of BOMA Canada. She holds her Certified Property Manager designation and is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Luanne Albino
Director

Luanne is responsible for all operational aspects of SynchroSERV. Joining Bentall in 1984, Luanne has 20+ years experience in the commercial and corporate real estate industry, both from a customer service and operations perspective. Before focusing on SynchroSERV Luanne was a part of many proud recognitions at the Bentall Center in Vancouver including:

• Winner of 2000 BOMA Pinnacle Award in the Innovation Category
• Winner of 2000 ICSC Maple Leaf Merit of Distinction Award in the redevelopment of an existing center
• Winner of 1999 BOMA Pinnacle Award for Customer Service (National)
• Winner of 1999 BOMA Pinnacle Award for Customer Service (Regional)
• Winner Bentall of 1999 BOMA Building of the Year Award (Rehabilitated/Modernized)
