What does it Cost? The Detailed Answer The cost for a fully outsourced Tenant Service Solution (contact centre / web / wireless / reporting etc) ranges from 1.5¢ to 10¢ per sq .ft. / per year. The reason that there is such a spread is that the price varies based on the type of property and the level of service that you require. As an example, “Regular Service” (7am to 7pm weekdays) for a single tenant warehouse, costs between 2.5¢ to 3.0¢ per sq .ft. per year (varies based on size & number of tenants). By way of comparison, the same service level, on a Triple A Office in the CBD (Central Business District), would cost between 8¢ to 10¢ per sq .ft. per year. Naturally, "Regular Service" is less costly than "24x7 Service" (24 hours per day by 7 days per week), although 24x7 is not nearly as expensive to add on as you might imagine... As an example, "24x7 Service" typically adds a 1¢ to 2¢ /sq .ft. per year premium (over "Regular Service").
